There is a small chance the key is already used, so please only enter if you agree to delete the giveaway in that case. Thanks and good luck!

Why are you requesting for deletion? What's so bad with getting a "not received" mark once or twice if you cannot find a replacement?

To be honest i have not thought about this too much, but i saw that others are doing this aswell. And isn't it the best choice to just delete the giveaway? I don't see the upside of not doing it this way.

Not really an upside but:
1- Users can't really enforce this rule. It's up to the winner to decide.
2- Nothing wrong with having a couple of not received GAs. AFAIK, there are no repercussions from SG if you have "not received" GAs, it's just a metric that warns other users that you have had some bad keys in the past. And that should be the indicator that users should enter at their own risk; not having to ask every time for deletion.
This can be a long discussion, and of course you can write what you want, I've been just wondering why people care so much about the "not received" marks like there was some serious penalty.
