I'm not a moderator so I'm not sure, I was just telling you in case it was an honest mistake (which it was apparently!)

I suggest you request the GA to be deleted. Your winner is the one who can be in trouble if it was marked as received, as he will show as having an "unredeemed win" which might get him a one week suspension from the site and prevent him from joining some GA until he buys the collector's edition to have the exact game he won in his inventory.
