There was a time when Nick Popovich worked at Three Rings Design and designed Spiral Knights, a fun Zelda-like MMOARPG with super cute slime monsters.
Many years later, he would leave OOO to launch his own indie game studio, Monomi Park. Their first title would contain even more super cute slime monsters. You could even think that both games could be set in the same world. This game is Slime Rancher and is currently free on the Epic Games Store, go grab it now!

Wow, I had absolutely no idea about that. Thanks for a cool tidbit! :)

Really cool, I love Spiral Knighhts and am mega bummed that the story will most likely never be finished. No idea the guy actually also made Slime Rancher. I already claimed it on Epic, but now I def have to check it out!

That’s pretty sweet, I had no idea about any of that. I used to love Spiral Knights, though I never played too much. Still don’t want to bother with Epic, though.
I already own Slime Rancher on Steam and Xbox anyways.
