Ultimatley its up to each and their own to enter giveaways of games or DLC's which they do not already own. I could possibly request a new winner but if you know that you already own this product, do not enter.
Some people own so many things that they dont even know or the bots enter. If they already own the dlc and click received they wont actually have to redeem that code which they could then giveaway themselves or sell it. But I understand where your coming from its not really your problem lol the other person will get the strike on their account.

Yes of course ! I'm just saying that because I had some issues in the past with rerolling someone who entered, there were 2 keys, 3 winners, I had to reroll once and that last person said they had it too and deleting an entry takes months (it took 8 months) so I had to deal with the winner being very unkind towards because the ticket wasn't progressing and they were annoyed and quite aggressive towards me for that, while they were responsible of the problem in the first place.

SG doesn't detect DLC automatically and a lot of people don't check before entering. Don't ask me why, I don't know and it frustrates me.
