A "Thank you" if you win is always appreciated, but not required. I never mind hearing "thank you" on my giveaways. (I hate to say it, but if the winner has a history of never saying "thanks" on their wins, he/she might get blacklisted.)

I blacklist for winners not saying "Thanks" after they activate. I think there is a big difference between a winner not extending a minimum of courtesy to say "thanks" after they win and activate the key, and someone who says "thanks" on everything they enter.
Does this make sense? (Sometimes I have a hard time putting my thoughts into words, so i find it easier to just ask to make sure the other person understood what i was getting at.)
