I don't mind this rule, but you should know it isn't against Steamgifts's rules for people to enter and not agree. I recommend making future SG giveaways like this as group-only for groups that have that as a rule for joining, such as Lootboy SG or Delete Giveaway if Key is Not Wo.
I got this key a long time ago.

If a problem occurs with the key, I do not intend to take responsibility for the problem.
When there is a problem with the key, I have no intention of giving it a go by buying it and having it replaced.

No, I get all that. What I'm trying to say is that this:

is not enforceable per SG rules. This means if someone doesn't agree, they can still enter, win, and mark your giveaway as Not Received if the key doesn't work. If you report it, site staff will rule against you 100% of the time. At that point, your only recourse is to blacklist that person, but by then, it's too late; you already have a Not Received on your profile and lost a giveaway slot.
That's why I suggested doing group-only SG giveaways for groups where that's a rule for joining: they have the extra consequence of kicking out people who don't agree to deletion, so only those who agree remain members and can enter more of the group's SG giveaways.
