registered 2 minutes before creating a giveaway for a newer unbundled AAA title.
highly likely creator doesn't understand how this site works and winner will not receive this game.

The creator does own the game though

sadly that's the only point they get in their favor

can only hope its legit, I won't enter because I don't think it is.
its failed almost all of my legit markers for new users

New User - 0 points
Creator owns it - 1 point, if they don't own it and its on their Wishlist I give it a -3 points.
No description(these really help if your a newbie!) - 0 points
AAA unbundled game - 0 points
giveaway created minutes after account creation - 0 points
no giveaways entered - 0 points

at least this guy got a point compared to the cyberpunk 2077 and Hogwarts legacy giveaways from the past week or so.

You can never know, which is why calling out is frowned upon. This one turned out legit for example. That gifter was only registered for 11 minutes.

That doesn't matter. Everyone paying with a P to enter the giveaway, not money. And (let this part be my personal opinion) there are not that many giveaways to worry about "wasting" 50P at once :)

Steamgifts FAQ

I think I spotted a fake giveaway, what should I do?
We try to allow all giveaways to run their course without judgement. An exception is when a giveaway creator enters a description that clearly states their giveaway is fake, or if the description illustrates a lack of understanding of how the giveaway system works. In those instances you can create a support ticket to inform us of the issue.

You should always refrain from writing comments which accuse users of posting fake giveaways, or question their integrity. It's important we show giveaway creators respect by allowing them time to follow-through with sending their gifts.

Worth noting that while one can absolutely make relevant observations (eg, "I don't believe this has a steam key, are you gifting this?") or politely run through the rules of the site with a new member (eg, "You seem to be new. Sorry if this is out of line, but just to make sure you understood the workings of the site correctly, are you aware that you'll need to provide this game to other people if they win this giveaway?"), directly insinuating or declaring a giveaway as "fake" in any capacity is (at least historically) a guaranteed immediate suspension if staff comes across the comment.

With such potential risks in mind, it might be worth brushing up on site rules at some point. While all the details in the faq, guidelines, and terms of service are useful to know, at a minimum one would want to scan through the bolded sections of the faq, just so there's an awareness of what type of things should be cross-referenced in the future.

It's absolutely a great thing to remind entrants to confirm whether a giveaway is something they want to enter (be that due to potential risks of non-receipt, or due to a reminder of some circumstance of the game's current gameplay, user activity, or developer conduct). It's an even better thing to remind giveaway creators of things they may have overlooked. Either thing is constructive and, when presented politely, is nothing but useful. But the phrasing does need to be polite, and considerate of the giveaway creator (general social conduct expectations aside, not providing such consideration can at worst quickly run off potential new site members).

worst case is 2 people blacklist me like they did and I see 0 giveaways disappear from my public giveaways and lose 2 people who can enter my giveaways.

If you have not already done so, may I suggest you read the FAQ & guidelines. It is also a good idea to keep track of the announcements done by Steamgifts' admin.

In case you are unsure about the rules stated in the FAQ & guidelines, use the search function of the discussion board, as most questions have been asked plenty of times.
