Hello Cliff. :) First of all thank you for the great GA. I enter only few GAs in this Community Train and it was huge surprise to won such a GEM.
Sad part of the story is I can't activate the game. I got a HB gift link from you and HB show me the key but wen I try to redeem the key I got this msg from Steam.
BTW, I'm from EU region (Poland).
Do you think you can help me in any way?

I submitted a ticket with HB. This is unfamiliar territory for me.
As an experiment, I accessed Steam via a Polish IP without logging in. I was able to view the store page of Sekiro, and add the game to my cart. I wonder if your issue is a glitch that Steam can solve. I will look for a way to ask them, too.

I also can view the store page of Sekiro, add the game to my cart and I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem to finalize transactions. I guess the problem is the game bought in US region got some kind of region lock for activation. Maybe HB asume that if buyer is from US region,so the copy would be activate in US region too. [BTW, I also can add Sekiro to my cart in HB store in my region.]
I think ticket to HB support will give us the answer. Thank you for being so involved in it.

I followed the instructions and everything's fine. Game activated as Sekiro Preorder (Region 3) but it is Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.
Thank you for your help, commitment and once again for the great giveaway. This is my biggest win ever (1,411 entries) and probably the best game I've ever won.

Edit: Nevermind. I misunderstood. It shows in your account as Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Maybe that was an older key from before it was released?
