4 Reasons for my interest in this game:

• It seems like you are a small team, so the game may be more focused on gameplay than on graphics etc.
• I really enjoy fast games about 10-20min
• Some of my friends recommend this (like puna ;-))
• I like DotA and I like turn-based games, so this combo looks promising ;)

PS: A fifth reason would consist of 'ÆRENA offers true cross-platform gameplay' containing linux-support... but this may come with release :)

Reading the impressions of Ærena on D22 really piqued my interest as a boardgamer (in fact it looks a little like it could be adapted to one), and the sprinkling of strategic elements somewhat like those in deck-building CCGs appeals to me as well. From the couple of let's plays I've watched, Ærena looks to have simple-to-learn, difficult-to-master gameplay that defines compelling and addictive boardgames, too. Oh, and the art style is wonderful!

Why do I want in on the beta and a chance at a key?

I am running a steampunk DnD game and I would love to play the game to get inspiration for my game.

I have beta tested over a dozen games before and could add to the final touches on the game.

I have more time to beta-test and play other quality indy games since I have given up playing WoW and other MMOs. Please help give my gaming-life meaning again!

I've actually been watching Aerena for a while now, and I'm really looking forward to how it turns out.

I'm interested in Aerena mainly due to it being a multiplayer turn-based game. I was really into PoxNora back in the day and turn-based tactical games is one of my favourite genres. Mixing it up with some MOBA-esque mechanics is a nice extra treat.

Thanks, the reason I'm interested in this particular game is the way it are implementing the turn based combat. I like the turn based strategy, but for a while I have been looking for some game to give more importance to each character and do something like MOBA style, and fun to play. For what I have seen so far aerena have this.
