Do Not say to add you via Steam for the gift. People will abuse this and try to steal the gift despite not winning. Just send it Only via the email that SteamGifts will provide you (the User's email who won) after the giveaway ends.
Well, you cannot do that anymore, but in the past that was a problem because jerkwads would fake being the winner. But now noone knows the winner but the winner and the giveaway runner until the winner has claimed it. So it`s not such a big deal anymore.
Actually, it still is possible if the giftee isn't very attentive. No need to even fake the name, just send a message after it ends asking for the gift. Highly unlikely that they'll send without checking, but still best to be safe.
