I'm having crashing problems with any setup - after 1-2 hours of play it has issues, but guaranteed problems if you alt+tab at any point. Forums suggest windowed mode and other workarounds, but that doesn't explain why it has problems in the first place. I am very surprised that a well-loved game such as Super Meat Boy is not heavily optimized by now.
