Well, you can't give away DRM-free keys here, it has to be Steam keys...

EDIT: I might have misunderstood what you wrote. I assume you have the HB Weekly Made in Japan Influent. In the case of a Steam key, there's no "base game" in this case. The steam key will always give you the game with one language pack (in your case, Spanish). Every additional key you add will be a language pack. So, if the steam key has already been used, you can't give the DRM-free version away here.

So, please, edit your description to clarify on that. Do you still have the steam key? If so, the winner will get the game with the Spanish language pack.
