IGN Prime is normally a pay-by-month membership where you will get access to exclusive content and free games/game addons. I signed up for a free 7 day trial in order to get Rochard for free, and King Arthur was also free for this month. Since I don't like the game, I'm giving it away. However, you can only make one trial account per credit card, so these keys are allowed to be given away.

Yes, but you can cancel Auto Renewal so you will never get charged. The only time you will be charged is if you let the 7 days go by without cancelling Auto Renewal.
