OST of the original Payday game.
NOTE: This is technically DLC for Payday: The Heist. You need the game in order to use it.

Looks good. One thing to know about DLC giveaways is that SteamGifts doesn't always detect DLC. That is, when someone goes to enter a giveaway, it will usually tell people if they already have a game; it often can't tell whether someone has DLC (it's something with how Steam's reports it). As a result, someone could have this DLC already and might still be able to enter and win.
After someone wins, I recommend taking a minute to view their Steam profile and check whether they own the DLC. It not only lets you re-roll, so that the giveaway goes to someone who doesn't already have it, it could save them from accidentally racking up a "double-win" (many SGTools-protected giveaways check whether someone's won the same gift twice, and blocks them). Cheers.

Thanks for the insight on the site's nuances!

As a follow up to Incoherent's otherwise excellent advice, it's actually impossible (as far as I know?) to check if someone owns DLC if you aren't friends with them on Steam, since it doesn't display as under their "Games" tab, so I would recommend adding them as a friend, so that they will show up as owning it among your friends that have it on the product page, or just getting a verbal confirmation (if the person already has a decent rep on the site).
