Actually if you read the faq. I am only stating facts that are in the faq . I only stated 2 requirements. 1 of which is you can not own any of the giveaway item. http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/91wob/faqrules-and-guidelines !This is right out of the faq you say I should read! Base Rules:
•Don't enter for games you already own. The second requirement is your steam profile must not be private this may not be stated as a rule from the faq. But If the winners steam profile is private I can not add them to give the gift. This is how this applies.
