I don't use my blacklist, I think that if people got reported and suspended - they have a good lesson not to cheat, and as bonus they can not enter sgtools giveaways often, so i think my blacklist is not so needed. And why should I spread sadness because of blacklisting, when I can just do something good for people who deserve it? :) I think rewarding is always better than punishing :) and btw - people always can understand what they have done wrong and they will never do it again :)
