Regarding this game not being eligible for Steamtrades because it was 'Free', it was part of a purchase from Amazon (I have the receipt) and was limited to Prime members only while stocks lasted.
It might be a gray area, but I'm considering it to be like an excess key included in a Humble Bundle or Monthly. The game is still available for purchase only, and is not a free-to-play game as far as I'm aware.

Each site is their rules that we accept when using their services (which should be read normally).
There are sites or it's ok, but not on Steamgifts! (Otherwise I will already level 10).
I'm going on another site to give keys obtained for free.
At first I did not understand the rules read (i m French), and I was banned from Steamgifts.
But that's why I love Steamgifts for quality content.
Except sometimes ;) But when Steamgifts seen as free keys have were given, they erase the points you have received.

technically 10k keys giveaways isnt free for everyone as only 10k people receive the keys but sadly steamgifts mark it as free even when there are 100k people in steamgifts

It was only available in the UK and Germany, keys ran out quickly and only a handful were able to trick the system and get keys outside those regions. The bulk of us still wanna(have to) win it.

Everyone would have the chance to win the game, apart from those who are too late (to have a premium account, it s free for one month).
PS: all free games gifts (on Indiegala, Gleam.io, Failmid ...) are still paying too (on Steam ...), and there is not a free-to-play game too !
