15.09 there is a problem with gift. While in inventory it was 'Squadron edition DLC' (and it was perfectly correct as after base game went free, all the owners of the game got this DLC as a compensation, as a gift in inventory), in my sent gift history and winner's received gift history it does show just as 'Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade' and winner does not seem to have required content, nor license for DLC in store.

Turned out that everything was activated correctly, Steam support even managed to confirm this before I had possibility to cancel the ticket.
