I can see the base game got updated to queen edition by the developer. I wonder why they didn't simply include the package alongside the upgrade but instead made this manual claim as bundle
Apologies for the trouble. Steam licensing with some upgrades/GOTYs etc can be so confusing, especially when they keep multiple versions in the store as separate titles.
