Hi, I sent in a support ticket, but checked your steam profile anyway. You have Grand Ages: Medieval but not Grand Ages: Rome.

Do not apologise - it is refreshing to meet someone who is happy to just own 1 copy of a game (some want everything they can get their hands on, lol). Must be hard trying to remember what physical games you have as well as the digital.
