Thanks for the heads up. I've also noticed on this site that certain GOTY or DLC bundled packages would let me enter the giveaway but I already have the base game + all DLCs given away. I probably should have mentioned in my original posting to make sure the winner doesn't already have the game but looks like everything worked out in the end.
