Hes suppose to only giveaway full games here, not limited time stuff. If he does give you the limited time access one, and it runs out you will no longer have the game.
If that happens make sure you mark from received to not received because if you don't you could get suspended. Also if it does run out and you no longer have it I would suggest reporting it to support to cover your butt. I've already reported it but I knew it would not be taken care of before it was over cause there was only like 15 minutes left when I did, and no way to check his steam account cause steam was down.
Always read descriptions of giveaways. Sometimes rule breakers post what they are doing against the rules like what this guy did.

well the community is down which means he can't add you to friends to give you anything if its in his inventory, and if its a key he can't send it by chat, though he could send it by e-mail in through steamgifts.
Remember hes got 7 days to send it to you, don't freak out if you don't get it in the first hour or even the first day. One person I won from didn't give me the game till the 7th day.
