I see. I checked the extension and afaik extensions like this are not allowed, but since you have disabled some functionality, I am not sure. Anyway, just an suggestion, don't use it or you'll get a lot of BLs.
Also, just in case it matters to you, I read the description of the extension and the kind of things it does (like description, etc) causes an additional hit on the server unnecessarily. SG has quite strict usage limits so it might not be a great idea.

I use the browser extension AutoJoin for Steam Gifts (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autojoin/) but without the autojoin since it against the rules and can lead to suspension.
