After checking, it's indeed region lock ROW except for RU+CIS. I missed it as it's quite specific. Unfortunatly I don't have any RU+CIS only copy. Until you want to keep the key anyway, I'll have ask for a deleting of the giveaway and create a new one with the Region lock in comment (as it's not possible to set "region lock ROW except RU/CIS").
