lol I thought Beta Keys were forbidden..
You can't make a giveaway for a game that isn't on the list, I'm assuming he clicked the wrong version (i.e. the out-of beta, working version)

yeah, they've surely added CS:GO beta position in "create giveaway" games list, and forbid to use it >.> also, no, betas don't suck.
I have beta and you can't add the game to your library. That's why he is giving it away. He will profit from contributor points.
How does this giveaway make sense though? The game has been released for a while, and the beta has since been disabled.

The beta of this game no lnoger exists. I know cause I was in it. The full game is now available on steam.
