ah, i see you are from Bolu, Turkey so things may be different for you. usually one would say thank you AFTER having received the game which they won. for example if someone were to hold a door open for you, you would say thank you because they held the door open for you. you wouldnt walk up the door and look at them and say thank you before theyve done anything.
