It's not Digital Deluxe and you know it.
It's actually Rising Storm with RO2, and not RO2 with Rising Storm. Just give it away as Rising Storm, oh wait that (rightfully) does not give CV :>

Sorry, but the activated game is not the game you listed. Steamgifts don't allow this. And if I mark it received, they will ban me for not activating the game...

As said in the Descrpition this is Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad with Rising Storm , there was no other choice i could make for a giveaway (as some other giveaways with this game also did it this way).
As it seems this is no Problem as the other giveaways (also with the correct Description, but "Red orchestra Delux Edition" Title) get marked as received and the winner did not get banned.

So, as i see it there seems to be no Problem.
