and second... so if I understand that right, guy who never made a giveaway is clear to go but guy who makes group giveaways is not ? that seems pretty fair...

You are totally right - 1) Its only my wish (!!!), I think everybody knows the meaning of this word :) & 2) "Everyone should have a chance to win, regardless of gender, age, social status, etc.."
