I see the problem. I made two giveaways, risen 1 and risen 2, I sent the wrong key so he has used it. Would you be happy with risen 2 instead?

all you need to do is say you agree to receiving risen 2 as a replacement, a mod will then change the giveaway and the key will be sent.
