but probably it would be much better to inform you directly: not every apollo4x game has to be a regift ;)
if you just blacklist people for giving a game away, that could be previously won here, could let the wrong people end up on your black list... please let the support decide who made a mistake and dont condemn people too early...
btw: this ga isnt a regift. normaly i wouldnt buy this game, cause it has too worse reviews but the winner will get a copy (i will add him on steam to my friendlist - after it he can delete me from the list^^)

I check the GA creator before placing them on the BL and / or reporting them here.

I always check before I blacklist and/or report. And if somebody is new enough, I don't do either-- I just notify them in comments that it's against the rules, etc. Also, some people hide the regifting (either deliberately or not) by not marking received.

Even if they don't mark as received, they will be foiled after 7 days anyway when it shows up as a non activated win. ;P

That's a good thing, yes. :) But checking the winners lets me find out if they won before 7 days, so if necessary (e.g., they're a new user), I can notify them of the rules and sometimes they delete the giveaway immediately. One fellow even added me on Steam and apologized "in person."

I see what you mean. I have also seen many of the regifters are new users who probably joined just for the GA and then the re-gift without realizing it's against the rules. (But there have been plenty who are not new and know what they are doing is against the rules.) I have seen several of them delete the GA and even activate the game on their account but there are still many who have not activated it even after deleting the GA. They're the one's I'm likely to go back and list after 7 days...

I think most people going on the blacklist of others are the ones who are obviously regifting because it's right there in their profile that they just won the game. I've definitely been checking before reporting and I don't think I need to wait to see the suspension form admis to blacklist since it's all been low level users with little to no activity on their account. (And in fact many have multiple non-activated wins, and multiple re-gift offenses anyway.)

Assuming you haven't requested a re-roll, if you haven't marked received, it will show one result as "anonymous." If you haven't won at all, it simply won't show any results at all.
