Unfortunately it's like it has been redeemed from somebody else, that's why it says it is duplicated. :/
I know it sucks, but the only thing you can do is purchasing the game for me, or I'll have to mark it as "not received" (on the contrary I won't be able to try to win it again :/ ). Please let me know! :)
