Unfortunately the key ending in LPKWW is not a valid product code. I don't mean that it is duplicate, but rather that it was never a working code to begin with. Can you double check that the key wasn't mistyped or provide an alternate key, if available?

Somehow, I have now activated it successfully and marked as received. Previously I had used the "Redeem" button on the won page to take me to Steam, where it gave me the error of invalid product code. After you confirmed the key was correct, I wrote it down myself rather than rely on copy+paste or the redeem button, and that worked. I don't know why, as the keys appear to be the same when I compare them in notepad.
