And furthermore, if it is the movie, please remember to warn people it comes with some regional restrictions. At least it doesn't look like it can be activated in Europe.

Adding to what @trentjaspar and @Jinxtah wrote, assuming it is the movie, it can only be activated in the U.S. and Canada as per SteamDB:

Checked because I was coming up against a region lock as well. Unless your winner is from those 2 countries, they probably will not be able to activate it.
