I guess it's just not my type of games, I do them mostly for achievements as I'm a hunter ;) Still, the key is from Indie Gala bundle I bought mainly for Sickness, I've got some high hopes for this one.
I'm into psychological horror though so my pick would be Umineko and Higurashi series ;P
People say Katawa Shoujo is good (w/o the hentai) and Steins;Gate as well~

Depends on your preferred genre! There are some games outside steam (free ones) that are good reads as well!
