I did think of using region lock but im not sure which region should i choose sonce its quite a mix there. So i jist wrote it on the description. Hope and really hope the issue u mention can be avoided.

You can disallow certain regions, but you have to untick the ones that cannot use the key. You can select all then go through the whole list.
