That would be Hunter x Hunter because it is brilliantly written. Every single character somehow proves to be interesting and likable, the plot goes in unexpected but logical directions, powers are meticulously thought out with clear strengths and weaknesses, the list of positives just goes on and on. If it has a flaw it is that it eventually ends.

Magic Knight Rayearth. Hmm, I used to watch it when I was a kid. I like mecha stuff and that anime gives a nice balance between magical stuff and mecha. It would be a bit weird but it is full of love as well. :-P
