This giveaway is recommended for users who don't have HL2: Deathmatch and have integrated graphics cards.
If you enter this and already have HL2:DM from an ATI/NVIDIA promo, I strongly advise you to send it to somebody else with an integrated graphics card who wants it instead.
Also be warned that the ATI/NVIDIA promo does not remove the limitations on a new Steam account.
