Perhaps "The Silent Age" (http://store.steampowered.com/app/352520/) would work for you?

Enter the Gungeon is a great if you like Binding of Isaac type games.
Of the games that you have in your library, Darkest Dungeon and Guild of Dungeoneering are good. Plus it seems that you enjoy playing those games.
LIMBO can be a fun 90 minute distraction that will run fine on low end laptops.

RPGmaker games if you're into that, oldies if you're into FPS, lots of casual games.

Depends on how bad the laptop is and what type of games you like to play. On my bad laptop, I'm playing Torchlight 2, Civ V, Spelunky, VVVVVV, TowerFall Ascension, Terraria, Super Meat Boy, Super Time Force Ultra, FTL, Steredenn, Rouge Legacy, Nuclear Throne, NOT A HERO, Mercenary Kings, Half-Life 2, Crypt of the Necrodancer and 80 Days. I could list more, but I think that's a good starting point.
