I wanted to do giveaway of Syberia I and DiRT 3 Complete Edition too, but there are none of these games in creating giveaway section, unfortunately... :/
Syberia I and DiRT 3 have been both given away for free so that is why you can't make giveaways with them on Steam Gifts.
Some are making Syberia bundle giveaways and giving the winner both keys. Some check the winner of their Syberia II giveaway to see if they already have Syberia I and give them that key also if they don't have it. Some have been dumping the keys in the description of their giveaways.
You could make a status in your Steam activity feed to dump the keys for one of your friends to grab, or ask who wants the keys and give them to the first one who responds.
