What I mean is that it's against Steamgifts rules to ask people to do (or not do) something in exchange for participating. If you create a giveaway you agree that anyone with sufficient level can enter, and do whatever they want, as long as they respect the rules.
Okey dokey then, I just fail to see the point of asking people not to thank you - it must take you quite some time to answer each and every single person thanking you regardless. If it bothers you, it would be faster just to ignore it. But, again, up to you.
