it is green tea balls :) tea balls are amazing, not only they are super tasty but they look fabolous - like flower in teapot/glass/cup. I have drunk green teas in balls and white tea too :)
I see recipies, but without spices like cinnamon... I saw this long time ago on youtube on Polish channel :D but it is in polish language, so even if you wanted it I guess You won't understand... :(
