Hmm, page I'm on says "Note: After purchase, this item is stored and can be downloaded again from Your Games Library." Ctrl+F'ing "Steam" only finds the word Steam in the discussions links at the bottom.

Maybe it knows I'm not American and is trying to f' up my day :)
