I don't think you'll be able to get any entries for this, as it shows you need the base game "Uninitialized" for this DLC. Which, of course, is impossible, as it isn't a game, it just means that the base game ID has changed. I have Earthlock (and apparently this DLC), but you wouldn't be able to tell from this DLC.
I think they changed Earthlock's ID on Steam, and that made this DLC "broken". It is now just called Earthlock: Original Soundtrack. Is there an option to create a giveaway for that? It is the same thing as this, and you may be able to have entries for that one.
