Thrice? Yes. 10 times like the original setup was made on accident? No.
This one is a damn good game, so if I can make it just a little more difficult for the "I enter for everything but never touch them" people to get their digital mitts on these, the better.

I have seen people who created 2 GA by accident :) Even I have done it somehow :) Problems with internet, page loading too slow and I clicked too many times on create button xD And steamgifts created 2 GA insted of one :) Because this happens I suppose that LittleBibo1 just wanted to warn you about such possibility :)

That actually never happened to me. I had to delete one GA for this game though, because I accidentally loaded wrong data in the creation page history and made a GA for 8 copies. But I never actually had an accidental duplicate.
And, well, even if that would happen, I rarely have only one key for a game. ^.^

It doesnt' matter when you do giveaway of a bundled games, the points will be taken off you even after this games got bundled. My Englando a little bit drunk, sry :D

Yes, it does. Bundled games carry a date of when they were bundled; all giveaways made before that date retain the full value.
What may happen is that these games enter bundled status anyway with a date set to late 2015, because Steam had a 80% sale on them, and whit this shitty Russian ruble, they may have been cheap enough to count as bundled.
