The bots are too overpowered with 100m+ headshots which is instant death unless you have the epic mask/hat.
The only way I've won is waiting for the bots to kill each other and taking out the final team. sometimes you have to go in and interrupt the ceremony yourself if it's under a minute left - this method takes around 35minutes.

I don't think there's a way to win early unless you had multiple players on your team spread throughout the map collecting the treasure extremely fast since you have to protect the island for 5minutes.
