you cant, you just have to know and it doesnt work the same for everything, like borderlands 2 complete, zombie driver
hd complete and more, people can still enter while owning everything its mostly that way for bundles and giving dlc standalone away mostly not but sometimes it happens (but this one not) if you really want to be sure when giving dlc/bundles you could add the winner on steam to verify they dont own it (but you wont have to for this one)
You can't enter unless you have the base game anyway.
