That game definitely looks right up my alley, as I always prefer when puzzle games have consistent mechanics, using level design to increase challenge instead of relying on adding a bunch of gimmicks. It'll even be somewhat new for me since the only other version of Lights Out I'm familiar with is the one for Tiger Game Com.

On second thought, could you name it something more distinct? It doesn't show up when I search "all out" in Google Play. I even tried "all out zuku" and all I got were results for "zuku tv."
Okay, I went to the link directly on my phone, and now it's saying the game isn't available for my devices. Just how resource-intensive is your game that it won't run on the same device I played Ducktales Remastered on??
It's not about resource-intensivity, you probably tried to install it on 32-bit phone. Till now my app hasn't supported 32-bit devices, I just created new version that should fix that.
Could you please check if you can install it now?
