Description

Since no one on my white list apparently wanted this, I'm giving it away again. I think everyone knows the drill, but please do not forget to mark as received. This is a gift so I'll add the winner on steam.

If you want to get on my white list, just answer the following question: Has a game ever made you cry? If yes, which one? If no, that's okay too.

I don't do white list giveaways a lot, but since my list is not that big the chances of winning are decent.

I don't remember that a game ever made me cry, but I haven't played much emotional ones anyway.
I hear people get loads of feels from Life is Strange, Transistor, Bastion, To The Moon and others but I've never played any of those.
Have you ever played a game that moved you that much?

Well, Life is Strange, Crisis Core - Final Fantasy VII, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days and Persona 3. I'm a sucker for sad games and usually get way too into their stories.

I like games with great stories, not necessarily sad ones though.
I should get to playing some story-rich games.

Well, that may be a very common answer, but FF7 when I was a teen, the scene with aeris made me scream at my TV... ^_^'

Still have to play it, the prequel was really sad though.

I'm thinking about another game I played back on PS3 : Nier
Pretty sad story here, and an underrated game, a very good one imo (if you like j-rpg of course ! :))

Brothers : a tale of 2 sons was pretty emotional too and really worth playing.

It's still on my to buy list, small problem though. I sadly don't own a PS3.
Heard a lot of great stuff about Brothers, that game will have to wait though, my wallet is crying in agony, thanks to life and stuff like that.

I think you'll be able to grab Brothers for less than 2€ during winter sales ;)
I bought it last year for 1,49€

Nier is indeed PS3 only and that's a shame :(
I don't think we will ever see a PC port. PS3 was the last console I bought, and I will certainly miss some gems like Nier on console. But console gaming is far to expensive nowadays to be worth it T_T

Oh yeah, keep forgetting the winter sale is a thing, that will most useful.

Console gaming is expensive indeed, which is why I have this weird obsession with handhelds. They are usually a lot cheaper and so are their game. Best part, a lot of great older console games tend to get ported.

Don't remember crying playing any game really. Am I a cold bastard, no but I guess the medium just makes me feel different.

Ah thanks; now I can cry :P

I guess being in control of my(PC's) fate in a game makes me kinda impartial to the story.
Yes I am not in control story-wise but still..

So basically, if a game killed your pc, you would cry. Interesting.....

Thanks for the game. Also, I don't think a game has ever made me cry.

FFVI came pretty close with regards to Locke and Celes, but I can't think of any other instances. I couldn't tell you why, since I know I've been brought to tears by anime, TV Shows, and movies.
