The DLC will be shown as "Men of War: Vietnam DLC 1" in the Steam client and adds 5 more missions to the retail game.
As far as I know there's no region restrictions.

Well announcements and infotabs wont do the wake up,call alone, only a msg on SG and a kicknote on steam..

Truth be told, I am one of the "older" gamers who were first very reluctant to join Steam back when it launched, although I had to cave in (2 days after launch, it seems) in order to play Counter-Strike (IIRC, Valve quickly made Steam mandatory to play CS). Now returning (since ~3 years back) to PC gaming and using Steam exclusively, I still harbor a small resentment of it even if I think that the pros outweighs the cons (and I guess I got addicted to the console achievements during my brief, 4 years or so, session there). However, I have yet to explore and incorporate all of the Steam features such as the "Activity" tab into my daily routine. TL;DR: I don't check the "Activity" tab on Steam, and has therefore not seen any announcement. I know this is my fault, and put no blame on you or the group, for me missing these relevant changes and updates.
