These are old keys I have lying around from different bundles so they may be expired or regionally locked.
If the key is regionally locked I'll ask for a re-roll.
I will not provide a second key in any case.

You are not allowed to set your own rules, this is against the guidelines. You have to provide a working key or get a "Not received" on your profile, if you and the winner can't agree on a deletion of the giveaway.
